I have a Handycam camcorder and I am trying to transfer a recorded film into my computer in order to burn it on a disc. I don't know how to work with Foxtab Audio Converter. Can you provide the instructions?

The program that you mentioned is a converter. It can be used to convert files form a format to another. You can't use it to transfer videos from your Handycam camcorder to the computer. To do this, visit the official website of the manufacturer in order to find out what software solution you can use for transferring videos.
To use Foxtab Audio Converter, you need to open it, press on the Add file button, select your video file, select the output directory and format and press convert.
When I click the Add Folder button, my folder directory appears and when I double-click the folder I want to add nothing happens. I can add files without any problems. What can I do?

First, make sure that the folder you want to add contain .mp2, .mp3, .aac, .au, .ogg, .ape, .flac, .aiff, .m4a, .mpc, .ac3, .wav, .wma1, or .wma2 files. After that open the software, click the Add Folder button, select the folder you want to add and press OK instead of double-clicking its icon. If it doesn't work, remove the program using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and download and install the latest version of the software.
